After years of waiting, a new chapter has begun for the Chapel in Drake, Colorado.
On April 26th and May 3rd, small groups from our congregation gathered at the Chapel grounds to break ground and pray together. After the fire in 2016 and years of waiting, this moment marks a long-prayed-for step toward bringing the Chapel home again.
For many, the Chapel has always been part of Drake’s story. After the fire in 2016, everything changed for us, and the years since have taken patience, prayer, and steady faith.
Now, we are rebuilding our Chapel, a place where people can gather, grow in their faith, and stay connected as a community for years to come.
We are thankful for everyone who showed up, supported, and prayed with us. These days meant a lot, and we are grateful to finally be moving forward together.
